WASH IN THE DISHWASHER

The 18/10 stainless steel cutlery is guaranteed to be washed in the dishwasher at 65°C.

Avoid alkaline detergents, containing alcohol or perfumes. Follow the instructions included with your dishwasher.

Remove and dry the cutlery immediately after the end of the wash cycle.

Load the knives separately from the cutlery and with the blade facing downwards (avoids the possibility of accidental cuts). Avoid using soak-only cycles and leave the cutlery in a humid atmosphere because they can become stained or damaged.

Do not mix steel and silver cutlery in the same wash cycle.

MANUAL WASHING

Use a liquid or cream detergent. Never use powder detergents. - Do not use metal brushes (scouring pads) or abrasive detergents. - Avoid alkaline detergents, ones containing alcohol or perfumes.

MAINTENANCE TIPS

Prolonged contact (soaking) of stainless steel cutlery with salt, vinegar, eggs, tomato sauce, acidic fruits, detergents or mineral salts in tap water can cause stains and micro-holes.

Take care of your knives. The blades have a high carbon content which gives a perfect cutting profile to the blade but is also subject to corrosion.

Therefore, if there are stains, clean them with a specific product for steel.

Never leave cutlery in damp environments as it can cause stains that require cleaning.
