How the loyalty program works
The loyalty program rewards your shopping! The initiative is reserved for the most trusted customers and involves the collection of loyalty points that can be converted into real discounts to be used at the time of payment.
How can I accumulate them?
Accumulating points is quick and easy:
PURCHASE FROM REGISTERED CUSTOMER: For every purchase as a registered customer (they are not applied to orders placed as a guest) you will be charged one point for every euro of products purchased * (ES: 100 € of spending = 100 points).
* Shipping costs are not considered
How to use them
Using your points is easy and immediate. When paying for your purchase, you can decide whether to use your points and get a discount (50 POINTS = € 1.50 DISCOUNT). Don't forget that the points expire! You can monitor the deadline by checking your Private Area!
Reference legislation
In compliance with the D.P.R. 430 of 26 October 2001 and subsequent amendments and additions, it was decided to set the deadline for collecting points for 31.12.2020. The accumulated points can still be redeemed by 31.12.2021. The Points Collection disciplined here has a limited duration and remains active as long as the Customer account to which it is linked is active. The cancellation of the Customer account determines the cessation of the collection and the cancellation of all the Points related to it. Any changes to the conditions of use will be promptly communicated to all beneficiaries directly on the site. The initiative is totally free; does not represent a competition or a prize operation pursuant to Presidential Decree 430/2001 and subsequent amendments and additions. This initiative falls within the cases referred to in Article 6 of the Presidential Decree 430 of 26 October 2001 and subsequent amendments and additions (Regulation concerning the organic revision of the rules for competitions and prize operations, as well as for the manifestation of local fate pursuant to art.19, paragraph 4, of the law of 27 December 1997 , no. 449 - in the Official Gazette no. 289 of 13 December 2001).).
