ORDERS

Buying on our Modalyssa store is quick and easy.

  • Search for the products you need using the menu in the navigation bar or the search bar;
  • Check the features and prices and once you have found the right product, select the "add to cart" quantities. Alternatively, you can use the "express checkout" option to go directly to checkout and speed up your purchase;
  • Check the items in the cart and click on "checkout" to proceed, add the shipping details and choose the preferred payment method to complete the order;
  • If you already have a Modalyssa Store account, you can login and checkout faster using your saved shipping and payment information.

Since we try to process and fulfill your order as quickly as possible, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help you!

Modalyssa Store accepts payments from all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

You can put your promotional code at checkout. Enter the code exactly as it appears and apply it to the cart. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply to items on sale unless otherwise specified.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We usually need 1-2 business days to process your order internally.

During holidays and public holidays, this period may be slightly extended. If you placed your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will start processing your order on the next business day.

After the order has been processed internally by our team (allow 2-3 business days) the shipment will take approximately the following:

Italy - 1-3 working days

EU countries - 2-5 business days

Non-EU countries - 3-9 working days

We work with the best freight forwarders around the world to provide the best possible service! Modalyssa Store cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays (eg strikes, customs procedures, etc.).

Times may be longer during holidays, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.

Yes. To track your package, please refer to the shipping confirmation email where you will find the tracking number. If you have not received the confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact customer service at info@modalyssa.store and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and the weight of the package.

In the cost of shipping, only transport costs are included.

For Extra Eu countries, the costs of customs duties and import taxes will be applied, provided for in each country.

These additional costs will be requested by customs or the courier himself before delivery.

For many countries there are agreements between the various states and Italy and customs duties are not applied for made in Italy products but import taxes may be required.

For European Union countries you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. You will have to take care of the return shipment, which will be at your expense, while we will take care of the quality control to verify that the product falls within our return policies, and we will try to make the refund as soon as possible.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will take care of sending you the replacement part and providing you with all the necessary instructions.

Please ensure that items are returned in new, unused condition, with their original tags and inside the packaging received upon delivery.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on Modalyssa.store.

It is not possible to return products ordered to measure or made to order.

Returns cannot be made for countries outside the European Union.

We do not currently offer free returns. We are always working to improve our level of customer service, so stay up to date on all future news!

Modalyssa Store, after having checked the quality of the returned product, which must be intact, clean, and suitable for sale, will issue the refund. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on Modalyssa.Store. You will receive a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary between different payment methods and depend on the services of the various payment methods.

The refund will be free and will always include the amount of the product(s) you are returning.
