Switzerland & Norway: Fully exempt from customs duties. You will only be responsible for local import VAT (e.g., 8.1% or 2.6% in Switzerland) and carrier handling fees.
United Kingdom: Fully exempt from customs duties. Local UK VAT and courier administrative fees may apply depending on your order value.
Canada & Japan: Fully exempt from import duties under the CETA and EPA agreements.
Other eligible partners: South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, New Zealand, Mexico, Chile, Israel, Turkey, and more.

We automatically include the official EU Preferential Origin Declaration (and our REX registration number when required) on your commercial invoice to guarantee you pay zero duties.

2. Shipping to the United States (USA)

While there is no free trade agreement between the EU and the USA, American customers benefit from a generous $800 USD tax-free threshold (De Minimis):

Orders up to $800 USD: Your shipment enters the United States 100% free of customs duties and import taxes.
Orders over $800 USD: Standard US customs duties and carrier processing fees will apply and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

3. Important Notes for All International Buyers

Duties vs. VAT: Preferential agreements only remove customs duties. They do not eliminate your local government’s import VAT, GST, or general sales taxes.
Carrier Fees: Logistics carriers (such as FedEx or DHL) may charge a clearance/handling fee for managing the customs paperwork and advancing tax payments on your behalf.
Recipient Responsibility: Unless stated otherwise at checkout, all international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Any local taxes or carrier fees assessed upon entry are the sole responsibility of the customer.
