DISHWASHER SAFE

18/10 stainless steel cutlery is guaranteed to be dishwasher safe at 65°C.
Avoid alkaline detergents, detergents containing alcohol or perfumes. Follow the instructions supplied with your dishwasher.

Remove and dry the cutlery immediately after the end of the wash cycle.

Load knives separately from cutlery and with the blade facing downwards (prevents the possibility of accidental cuts).

Avoid using soak-only cycles and leaving cutlery in a humid atmosphere because they can stain or damage it.

Do not mix steel cutlery and silver cutlery in the same wash cycle.


MANUAL WASHING

- Use a liquid or cream detergent. Never use powder detergents.
- Do not use metal brushes (scouring pads) or abrasive detergents.
- Avoid alkaline detergents, detergents containing alcohol or perfumes.


MAINTENANCE TIPS

Prolonged contact (soaking) of stainless steel cutlery with salt, vinegar, eggs, tomato sauce, acidic fruits, detergents or mineral salts in tap water can cause stains and micro-holes.

Take care of your knives. The blades have a high carbon content which gives a perfect cutting edge to the blade but is also subject to corrosion.
So, if stains appear, clean them with a specific product for steel.

Never leave cutlery in humid environments because they can cause stains that require cleaning.
