Description

20 cm steel chef knife and black handle.

A chef's knife of the right size, with its 20 cm blade it is ideal for those who appreciate medium sizes, not too long nor too short, which favor greater manageability and practicality of use and, at the same time, which have sufficient thread to be used to their maximum performance.
The blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, an alloy with Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium which makes it easy to sharpen and at the same time protects it from attacks by acidic foods and rust.
The handle, on the other hand, is in POM, a very hard and resistant plastic material, which is inserted into the structure of the knife to smoke a single perfectly finished and aligned body. The scales, as they are called in technical jargon, are fixed with three rivets and are inserted on each side between the collar and the end of the handle.
